Do I Need Help With Managing Anger?

Please consider the following questions and think about whether you would answer YES or NO to each one.

1.Do you get bothered by feelings of anger?
2.Does feeling angry get in the way of your mood, relationships, work or physical health?
3.Are there times when you feel so angry that you feel like hurting someone? Are there times when you have been angry that you have hurt others, physically or emotionally?
