Fit Therapy program combines guided physical exercise with evidence-based strategies for managing stress, improving mood, and enhancing overall mental health.
Program Goals:

- Foster a positive relationship between mind and body
Program Structure:
- Duration: 4 weeks
- Sessions: 2 sessions per week (Tuesday & Thursday 5:45-7:00 PM)
- Facilitators: Qualified fitness professionals and therapeutic practitioners
