Fit Therapy

Mental Health Programmes

Fit Therapy program combines guided physical exercise with evidence-based strategies for managing stress, improving mood, and enhancing overall mental health.

Program Goals:

  • Promote emotional balance and resilience
  • Support physical health and vitality
  • Develop emotional regulation and coping skills
  • Foster a positive relationship between mind and body

Program Structure:

  • Duration: 4 weeks
  • Sessions: 2 sessions per week (Tuesday & Thursday 5:45-7:00 PM)
  • Facilitators: Qualified fitness professionals and therapeutic practitioners

Participant Requirements:

Before commencing the program, all participants are required to:

  1. Disclose Relevant Medical Information. Including any injuries, mental health conditions, or medications that may affect participation.
